HOLY SHIT! I don't know if the routes are shorter or what but you guys are definitely beating Yandere translations in terms of speed (and they were quite fast to). Just hope the quality is as good as theirs if not better.

I believe, and i'm no expert, that this is just one of the 5 new routes. as for how much of S they are translating i unfortunately can not be of much help.
Don't expect too much, my pacing is sorta unstable, there are days where I would do 2, 3%, but then there are days where I do 20%. Also, on the days where I actually more translation, I make more mistakes. Well, I double check it before putting it in for editing, but I might miss a few.
I don't mind the random choice but if possible at least prioritize the 5 new routes since i hear they are pretty much after-stories of the original routes in the first game and everyone wants to try out the new heroines.

Your opinion is not shared by everyone. I can guarantee you there are many people that desire the after routes first. Let him work on his project how he wants to work on his project.
Do a shorter route next time, like Margrit or Kokoro. Once you're done, you can start Tsubame, which is long, like Monshirou. Leave the Tatsuko and Miyako routes for last, if you truly are waiting for Takajun to finish them first in Majikoi, but taking into account how fast you were for this one, you may be able to complete it before Takajun.
And don't worry if you do mistakes when you translate, that's why you have QC, and when you release it for the public, we will help you find the rest of problems.
Also, about the Matsukaze problem, have you tried to ask Takajun if he experienced it too? Maybe he did and found a solution for it.
If I do end up doing the whole game, Tsubame would be the last one probably(for personal reason). So yeah, the next route will be a short one.
